Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Parkay® Original Spread-tub
  • 1 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions (green part only)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 pkgs (4 oz each) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled (2 slices = about 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tablespoon Parkay® Original Spread-tub
  • 1-1/2 pounds beef tenderloin or filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
