Pear, Poire
  • GREY GOOSE┬« La Poire 6 Parts
  • Lemon Juice 1 Part
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Pear 1 Small
  • Sparkling Moscato 1 Bottle
  1. Place the lemon juice, sugar, pear and GREY GOOSE La Poire in a bowl and stir well to combine until sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Divide the pear mixture into six champagne glasses.
  3. Fill each glass with moscato.
  4. Present with crystallized ginger or mint sprigs.
  5. Creates 6 drinks.
